Biography:

Wei Liu received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2006. He jointed the Communication Lab at Syracuse University, NY,  in 2006, as a PhD student working with Professor Biao Chen. He received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2009. He is now a PhD candidate in Electrical  and Computer Engineering at department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.  In 2010, he worked as a summer intern at Digital Communication Group of Mitsubishi Electronic Research Laboratories, Cambridge, MA.
