Author Instructions
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
All oral presentations are limited to 25 minutes, including Q&A. Due to time constraints, the session chair will strictly enforce the time limit, and the authors/audience are encouraged to defer lengthy discussions to the break. As with last year, we'd also like to encourage you to send in your slides ahead of time (email to Biao Chen, bichen@ecs.syr.edu and Bin Liu, biliu@ecs.syr.edu) so that we can use a single laptop to reduce the handoff time. If you prefer to use an overhead projector, we will have one available.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Each poster presentation will have a 30''x30'' easel. You are free to use this space in whatever manner you choose. We can also accommodate some requests for two easels if needed. At the day of workshop, each poster will be assigned to an easel, sorted using the last name of the first author.
